After graduating from Yale, Lenore Estrada worked for many Fortune 50 companies (Google, Blackstone), in a myriad of industries and even wrote a book! The road to finding and living her passion has been challenging to say the least. Lenore survived Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, a form of Lymph tissue cancer, the deaths of her parents and a divorce with great strength. Every painful experience has propelled her to create a wholesome enterprise that has a positive impact on her community and makes her happy. And luckily for us pie-lovers, she ultimately decided her heart was in the kitchen. Today, you will find Lenore in her Three Babes Bakeshop, a bakery company specializing in pies made from seasonal, organic ingredients. She started it with her business partner and best friend, Anna Derivi-Castellanos, in 2011 (who’ll be sharing her side of the story next week).
